Combines Full Barre, Pilates and Floor Barre!

This class is based on the classical ballet, combines the work of standing bar, as well as the center and floor barre. It allows you to work more effectively by developing awareness, muscle toning and flexibility. The results are excellent, especially at the level of perception that it is important to first tone and then stretch. Helps you learn how to breathe, tone, and stretch at a slower pace.
