Pilates

A class in which the Pilates Method meets the Mafalda Method. One learns how to breathe, always combining the awareness of breathing with maximum focus,  and the movement of physical work. Using its own language, it allows a better understanding by the students. The importance of working with the "CORE" center, associated with breathing, in order to teach how to use strength. The exercises are surgical, in terms of strengthening and stretching the muscles.
